Teachers are Facilitators
Teachers are more like facilitators of learning rather than teachers. They spend time understanding the child and take him/her into confidence so the child is not afraid to express himself/herself. Confidence so the child is not afraid to express himself/herself. Teachers create an atmosphere of security around children. The relationship between a student and the teacher is not one of authority but of love and affection. To communicate effectively with children and to make learning interesting for them, teachers are trained to constantly innovate in reaching out to every child. Teachers also stay in touch with parents and obstacles like behavioral issues with the child are jointly tackled.
Teachers Training
“Sharaddha” an intense week long residential program is a holistic teacher training program that completely transforms participants and gives them deep insight into the learning nature of a child. It also provides practical skills that are needed for facilitators to help the child blossom to its fullest potential.
The program explores innovative methods of teaching and kindling interest in children in the various subjects. The training also includes a lot of interesting and thought provoking experiments.
Daily Schedule
The teachers practice daily sadhana – yogasanas and meditation that helps them remain calm and stress free. This helps them inspire children and remain fresh and enthusiastic throughout an activity filled day at school.
Weekly Planning
Every weekend on Saturday, the teachers plan for the next week and review the work done in the past week. Methods of teaching, Progress of students, Field trips and other matters are discussed and actioned during these weekly meeting.Imagination

Parents play a very crucial role in the education of their child. The interest and involvement of the parents and their efforts to understand and support the objectives of the school is imperative to the growth and development of the school.
Request to Parents

The school diary is an effective medium of communication between parents and teacher.

Please send the diary with the child daily.
- Please check and sign message from the teacher daily.
- Incase the pupil misplaces his/her School diary an amount of Rs. 100/- will be charged to issue a new diary.

Parents are requested to meet the concerned teachers in regard to the progress of their child when required by the teacher.
- Parents are requested to strictly adhere to the timing given by the school for the Parents Teacher Meetings.
- Parents are requested to notify the school authorities of any change in their address / telephone numbers.
- Parents are requested to ensure complete recovery before their child is sent to school after illness.
- Parents are requested to fill the absence record in the school diary when their child abstains from school.
- Parents will not be allowed into the school campus without prior appointment during school hours. This is to ensure the safety of children and prevent strangers from walking into the school premises.
